Breathwork practice typically involves Breathing exercises (mainly), Meditation and some Physical exercises.

Teaching Style
My Breathwork sessions are a unique fusion of various schools and teaching styles. I have developed Breathwork classes that incorporate knowledge from my breathing and singing classes, as well as from the Breathwork teacher trainings I have completed.While my lessons follow a structured framework, I approach teaching in an intuitive way.
