Professional Background
Fluent in English, German, and Greek, I had the privilege of teaching in diverse settings, including fitness studios, hospitality and corporate environments in Greece and in the Netherlands.
Between 2022 and 2024, I worked as the resident yoga and meditation teacher at Sani Resort, leading a variety of wellness sessions for international guests.
In this role, I have planned and led unique sessions, including breathwork, aerial yoga, kids' yoga, and specialized meditation practices. I also utilize advanced equipment, such as headphones, to deliver immersive and transformative experiences for participants.

I feel truly blessed to receive enthusiastic feedback and reviews from my students, who often praise my intuitive approach, deep knowledge, passion, and the sense of euphoria they experience after my sessions.
As a wellness instructor at Sani Resort, I have been honored with three awards for my work during the 2023 and 2024 hotel seasons.

Teaching Journey
My teaching journey began in 2016, and since then, I have delved into various styles of fitness and yoga, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Aerial and Kids’ yoga.
I have completed both the basic and advanced Yoga teacher training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and hold as well further certifications in Breathwork, Stretching, Aerial Yoga, Kids yoga’, Mindfulness.
My educational background also includes vocational training in group fitness, covering functional training, TRX, circuit classes, basic gym knowledge, and fitness-related anatomy.
Personal Journey
As someone deeply into the world of wellness, I would say, that my journey has been one of constant growth and exploration. While having as a background studies in architecture (MSc TU Wien) and classical vocals, I found my calling as a Yoga, Breathwork and Wellness instructor. I am driven to connect with individuals on a profound level, guiding them towards mental and physical well-being.
Regarding yoga, besides the physical and mental practice, it was the philosophical background, the depth and spirituality that drew me in as well.
I believe yoga practice to it’s full meaning and extend could help improve and heal the world.
Yoga practice helped me also personally, tremendously over the years. Besides the improvement on my physical health, I found myself developing as a person. I had been struggling to stay grounded and centered in the past, yoga has helped me simply find myself.
Teaching Style - Expertise
Breathwork
My Breathwork sessions are a unique fusion of various schools and teaching styles. I have developed Breathwork classes that incorporate knowledge from my breathing and singing classes, as well as from the Breathwork teacher trainings I have completed.
Yoga on the mat
I offer active yoga classes in different styles but my personal style is inspired by Hatha – Vinyasa and Vinyasa- Ashtanga practice.
I find the active and challenging classes important as they improve the physical state -simply said the body- but also because at their core they teach discipline and focus. Mastering harder poses take you through the path of discipline, of focus, hard work, virtues that are portable and taken into our interactions with the world.
Yoga helps you stay disciplined in your life a virtue that is tremendously important.
Simply said practicing challenging yoga yes will slowly sculpt your body and you will look beautiful but most importantly-it will offer you discipline and determination.

Yoga -Breathwork for Employees - WORKPLACE Wellness
I offer Yoga and Breathwork classes for employees and office workers. I have developed Breathwork classes that refresh the body and center the mind. I have also developed Yoga sessions for the office settings- simple yet very effective for the employees that sit long hours.

Mission & Philosophy
Overall, I wish to create enriching experiences for my students, whether they work with me online or studio environment or they join an office wellness session. The vision is the same no matter the environment: physical and mental wellbeing which includes cultivation of deeper insight- awareness of one’s self.
At the end, it's about the transformation I've witnessed in myself and others.
Yoga and wellness aren't just physical practices; they're pathways to holistic well-being.
I've seen firsthand the power of these practices to heal and uplift.
