🎧 A 30 min Body scan- Mindfulness meditation🎧- Grounded in Awareness. My name is Sophia and I am a yoga, meditation, Breathwork & Wellness instructor. I am creating Meditations for my students and for all of those of you who need them ❤️. I suggest you listen to this with headphones 🎧 and adjust the sound volume to a comfortable level.
